The Daniels Made C# Pygmy 17 is a next-level handpan crafted specifically for the highly discerning player. Meticulously built by Marshall Daniels, this deluxe instrument delivers the captivating, mystical atmosphere of the classic Pygmy scale. What sets this 17-note layout apart is the expansive array of bottom notes, carefully designed to fill in the gaps and provide a seamless sonic canvas for complex chords without any missing intervals. The central ding produces an extraordinary, blossoming resonance, while tone field #1 is uniquely crafted as an 'outie'—acting as a secondary side-ding that opens up entirely new percussive and melodic phrasing. Built with a craftsman's dedication to high-end stability, volume, and sympathetic resonance, the C# Pygmy 17 is a true masterpiece designed to push the boundaries of your playing.
