This beautiful Spirit handpan could be the perfect instrument for a beginner player! The Big Bear sound model is a classic varriation on the D natural minor scale which is similar to D Celtic sound model but with a low G in place of a high G. The Big Bear sound model has that classic and mysterious D minor sound in a layout that would make a great companion to D Celtic, D Kurd, or D Integral. This handpan is built on nitrided steel shells which give it a more focused and controlled sound than stainless steel which can be great for faster or more percussive players.
